How to swap on PlanX？
Step 1: Download PlanX Wallet first.

Step 2: Register by email.
Step 3: Use "Trade" in PlanX Wallet.
How to check the wallet address, assets and transactions?
Click "Receive" in Wallet to check your wallet address and the QR Code.
The assets will show in "Wallet".
Click "History" in Wallet to check the transaction history.
Which chains are supported in PlanX Wallet?
So far, ETH/BNB/Polygon are supported in PlanX Wallet. More and more chains will be accessed soon.
How much is the gas fee for each transaction?
The gas fee for each transaction is different, but PlanX will try to provide the lowest gas fee for you.
Why did the transaction fail?
Please confirm the following steps:
The network is connected well.
There is enough balance in your wallet.
There is enough balance for the gas fee.

My token doesn't show in my wallet.

Is there a limit on the amount for transactions?
There is no limit amount for transactions.
What are the advantages of PlanX?

What tokens are available in PlanX Wallet？
Now MATIC/USDT/USDC/BUSD/ETH and so on are available in PlanX Wallet. We are going to add more tokens soon, and you can check all the available tokens in home page.
I mistakenly sent the token to a wrong address.
Once the transaction is completed, it can not be withdrawn. Please do check and confirm the address carefully before transferring.
How to earn money here?
You can earn money and tokens by playing games we listed, and cash out by "Trade" in PlanX Wallet.
Also, you can join the events in our community to earn money.

Failed to withdraw/top up

How to reset the password/e-mail?
You can reset the password or e-mail in "Setting". But please make sure you have stored your MPC key shards on a secure medium so that your account can be recovered.
What is slippage? How can I minimize exposure to slippage?
Slippage is the difference between a trade's expected or requested price and the price at which the trade is effectively executed. It typically occurs in markets experiencing high volatility or low liquidity.
Use limit orders instead of market orders
Trade on exchanges with high liquidity and during low volatility periods
Adjust your slippage tolerance
Slice large orders into smaller ones
How to secure my PlanX account?
Don't leak your wallet and password, and we suggest you connect your account to e-mail. Please make sure you have stored your MPC key shards on a secure medium so that your account can be recovered in the event of device loss or damage.
